We're Johnny and Yanni Salcedo, founders of Odessa Coffee Co. —built from a firm belief that coffee has the power to build connection, inspire conversation, and turn meaningful moments into unforgettable experiences.​ 
All inspired by our own family journey (and our 4-year-old coffee enthusiast who keeps us dreaming big).
 

Inspired by the word Odyssey, Odessa represents life’s journey, filled with stories, connections, and the moments that matter most. What began as a shared passion for coffee has evolved into a premium mobile catering service that blends quality, professionalism, and hospitality in every detail.
 

From elegant “I do’s” and lively corporate events to brand activations and intimate celebrations, we bring the caffeine, the atmosphere, and a touch of warmth every occasion we serve.

Odessa Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee catering company with full espresso bars and custom coffee carts based in Ocala, Florida. We proudly feature Profile Coffee Company, a local coffee roaster in Florida.​
